It is really worth it to check it out – trendy garments for the modern fashionista mixed with an almost retro look. The perfect place to find an update for your spring wardrobe!

Initiative of the month!

Today H&M started a global initiative for collecting clothes! Anyone can drop of old clothes, H&M clothes or other, at chosen stores and thus contribute to saving natural resources and decrease environmental waste. This fantastic idea is carried out in cooperation with Beckmans School of Design att you can read more about it here. We truly need more companies in the fashion industry to work towards a sustainable future. So think about tomorrow today and buy ethical jewellery and clothing. 

Idag påbörjade H&M ett globalt initiativ för klädinsamling! Vemsomhelst kan lämna kläder, både från H&M och andra, på utvalda butiker och därmed bidra till besparing av naturresurser och minska miljömässigt slöseri. Den här fantastiska idéen driver de tillsammans med Beckmans Designskola och du kan läsa mer om den här. Vi behöver verkligen fler företag inom modeindustrin som kämpar för en mer hållbar framtid. Så tänk på morgondagen redan idag och handla etiska smycken och kläder.

Raw Design

I went by this raw interior shop yesterday and saw some stuff I really wanted to bring home. It’s fascinating how you can recycle the most unexpected things and turn them into cool, trendy design items. Like this chair for example – it’s made out of an old rag rug! Then I found a very unique lamp (couldn’t help to pose beside it with my Love by Isabel pearl bracelet and instantly imagined how to add some pearl decorations to it if it was mine). Raw interior is definitely an interest that I will continue to explore, so stay tuned for more inspiration… 

Jag gick förbi en “Raw interior”-butik igår och såg en hel del grejer som jag verkligen ville ta med mig hem. Det är så fascinerande hur man kan återvinna de mest oväntade sakerna och förvandla dem till coola, trendiga designerföremål. Som den här stolen t.ex. – den är gjord av en gammal trasmatta! Sen så hittade jag en väldigt unik lampa också (kunde inte låta bli att posa bredvid den med mitt Love by Isabel-pärlarmband och började genast fantisera om hur jag skulle dekorera den med pärlor om den var min). “Raw interior” är definitivt ett intresse som jag kommer att fortsätta utforska, så håll utkik så kommer mer inspiration…

 

Tip of the day: Ecological christmas shopping

Christmas is a perfect time to think. Stop and reflect. It is a time when we make wishes and focus on what we want but also a time when we care and give the most. So let the ethical thinking show through this cold month and give a little extra care to both friends and earth. A start can be to buy ecological christmas presents.
