First event as a sales agent!

I held my frist Frogpearl event the other day! As a first time I only invited about ten friends and we had a great time mingling and enjoying the nice pearl jewellery. Most of them couldn’t resist the beautiful little stones 🙂 Organizing smaller party’s like this is really fun and I realize that it is possible to alter the scale of the event from time to time – you don’t have to throw a ball each time! I have also noticed that not much effort is needed at all to sell the jewellery, just wearing them usually brings about comments on how lovely they are and people instantly want to know where I’ve bought them. Now I look forward to the next Frogpearl event..

Jag anordnade mitt första Frogpearlevent häromdagen! Då det var första gången bjöd jag ett tiotal vänner och vi hade ett riktigt trevligt mingel i sällskap av de vackra pärlsmyckena. De flesta av vännerna kunde inte motstå de fina små stenarna 🙂 Att hålla mindre bjudningar är riktigt kul ooch självklart kan man variera skalan på dem från gång till gång – man behöver inte alltid styra upp en fullfjädrad bal varje gång! Jag har också märkt att det inte är särskilt svårt att sälja smyckena, bara att ha på sig dem brukar medföra att folk kommenterar hur fina de är och de undrar direkt var de kommer ifrån. Nu ser jag fram emot nästa Frogpearlevent.. 

Big planning…

Today is spent in front of the computer making som plans for the coming weeks. I can’t tell you much right now more than that it has to do with my passion for pearls. The business woman inside of me has just awoken and is ready for new challenges. To be continued..

Dagen spenderas framför datorn med planerande inför de kommande veckorna. Jag kan inte berätta så mycket nu mer än att det har att göra med min passion för pärlor. Affärskvinnan i mig har just vaknat och är redo för nya utmaningar. Fortsättning följer..

I love decorating in creative ways! Often only a small change can give an otherwise boring interior a real lift. A hot tip is to use your jewellery to put a shiny touch to your home. Just wrapping a pearl necklace around a candle or a vase make a big difference. Maybe today is a particularly good day to give your home some love…

Bara att vira ett pärlhalsband runt ett ljus eller en vas gör stor skillnad. Idag kanske är en särskilt bra dag för att ge ditt hem lite kärlek…

New ways to wear old things (Part 2)

A continuation of a post I made a couple of weeks ago: You can find new ways to use the clothes and accessories you already own and in that way make your wardrobe a lot more fun! This is my dose of creativity; I transformed my lovely pearl necklace and turned it into a belt. The creative mode also made me draw a bit on my wrist, I guess one idea triggers another…
